Personal Development Through Meditation and Spirituality
Working as a choreographer and a dancer, Honey’s regular Bollywood dance work is usually physically demanding and a great way to keep fit. But her belief is that looking and feeling attractive is about a combination of body, mind and spirit which leads to one becoming physically, mentally and spiritually fit.
Honey believes portraying a sexy magnetic aura to others is about displaying a positive outlook towards life, building mental clarity and focus, developing a purpose in life, living in harmony with others, being a humanitarian, having a strong healthy immune system, being emotionally balanced, experiencing peace and satisfaction within themselves and creating a strong link to the universal consciousness (or God as some would say).
Honey does this by including a regular practice of “Samarpan Meditation” into her life that she has done regularly for almost 10 years. Apart from reducing stress and tension from modern day living, meditation has positively improved her life in many areas including emotionally, mentally, materially, physically and spiritually.
Honey’s voluntary work, when she is in the country, includes running free weekly meditation sessions for anyone looking for personal development through spiritual growth
She is currently raising funds to help develop an International Spiritual Meditation Centre in the UK where people may gather and enjoy spiritual growth, personal development, workshops, lectures, meditation and tranquil surroundings at no cost. The centre will welcome people from across the world and from all faiths, cultural backgrounds, races, religions, languages and nationalities (www.uniteusproject.com)
